Details of Disappearance:
On November 21, 1995, King disappeared. He left work at 3:30 pm and was later seen getting into a gray car with two strangers. He didn’t meet his girlfriend that night, which was unusual for him.

The next day, his truck was found abandoned on a dirt road in a remote area near Oakland City, Indiana. His truck had recently been painted, and he hated driving it on gravel roads, so this was very strange. The truck contained blood, hair, and fingerprints, but King was gone.

Eight days later, his girlfriend was attacked. Another car rammed hers, shots were fired, and her headlights were smashed. She survived, but the attackers were never caught. It’s not clear if this attack is related to King’s disappearance.

King was never found, and he’s been declared legally dead. Police suspect foul play, but the case remains unsolved.
