- Martin and his friend Anwar Green vanished from Newark, New Jersey on January 19, 2001. The next day, two dead bodies were found in a burned-down house in Newark. Police believe someone murdered them and then set the fire. Nine years later, in August 2010, one of the bodies was identified as Martin’s. The other body is still unknown, and Anwar Green is still missing.
