- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Gray hair, brown eyes. Rush has a tattoo on his arm. He uses a walker for mobility.
- Details of Disappearance:
- On August 19, 2019, Rush was last seen at Bull Shoals Lake in Arkansas. Jet skiers saw him in the middle of the lake, paddling on a boogie board; he seemed okay. Later, around 10:00 a.m., someone saw him using his walker near the lake shore.
Then, at noon, his red walker was found in the lake. His phone and wallet (with ID and money) were also found in the shallow water nearby. The police were called at 12:52 p.m. His boogie board was found on the other side of the lake.
The police searched, but they never found Rush’s body. Because of his belongings being found in the water, it’s believed he likely drowned.
