- Rowell disappeared from Metairie, Louisiana on March 10, 1981. She was last seen near Veterans Boulevard. She worked at the local Veterans hospital. Her car was found a few days later, on March 16th, abandoned on the Huey P. Long Bridge. Her purse, wallet, and ID were still in the car, but Rowell was gone and has never been found. There isn’t much information about what happened to her.
