Details of Disappearance:: On May 3, 1992, Spakes went fishing off the coast of Port Aransas, Texas. He was in his boat, about 5-7 miles from shore. The next day, his boat, ID, and personal stuff were found on Mustang Beach, but Spakes was gone. He’s never been seen or heard from since, and police think something bad happened to him.
