- Massey vanished in New York City in December 2002. Three months later, his body was found in the Hudson River, but the police didn’t realize it was him, so he was buried in an unmarked grave. His family only found out what happened in late 2008, and then they had his body dug up and sent back to his hometown in England for burial. Nobody knows exactly how he died because his body didn’t show any injuries, and the autopsy couldn’t determine the cause of death.
