- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Blond hair, blue eyes. Gallagher has scars on his forehead from shingles. His nickname is Robby. He may have grown his hair long and grown a beard after his disappearance.
- Details of Disappearance:
- Gallagher disappeared in Kahuku, Hawaii on November 2, 2020. Police noticed he seemed confused and offered to take him to the hospital. He went in an ambulance but left before getting any help. A few hours later, someone saw him trying to open a house door nearby; he’d lost his body surfing fins. That’s the last anyone saw him.
He left all his stuff at home, and his passport was back in California with his mom. His brother kept calling his phone; after a few days, someone found it on the side of the road, miles away. The phone had no helpful information.
Gallagher’s family says he’d been struggling with his mental health before he disappeared. He loved the ocean and had moved to Hawaii from California, where his family is. He had a college degree.
The police haven’t been able to find him, and the case remains a mystery.
