- Details of Disappearance:
- In 1990, Kellar, who wanted to be a rock star, was traveling between his hometown of Muscatine, Iowa, and several other states (California, Florida, and Colorado). He wasn’t in regular contact with his family but would visit them in Iowa every few months.
The last time his family saw him was February 12, 1990, in Muscatine. He seemed down, had problems in his life, and might have been using drugs. He acted paranoid and sometimes didn’t even recognize his own family. He’d been in a fight the day before and spent the night in jail. He vanished after being released from jail.
His family didn’t hear from him again and reported him missing in 1992. Police think he left on his own, but his family worries about him and believes he might be living in Colorado, California, New York, or Florida. His disappearance remains a mystery.
