Details of Disappearance:
On November 29, 1997, Ronald went crab fishing near Westport, Washington. His boat, the Jolly Roger, sank around 7:30 PM. His wife, Marilyn, was pulled from the water but died at the hospital. Marilyn’s son, who was also on the boat, survived after getting treatment for hypothermia (being very cold). Ronald was never found after the boat sank. He’s believed to have drowned, but his body was never recovered.
