- Details of Disappearance:
- On January 25, 1985, Kuschell disappeared from her home in Elwood, Kansas. Her mom left around 7 pm and invited Kuschell to come along, but she stayed home. When her mom got back at 9:30 pm, Kuschell was gone.
Later that night, around 10:30 pm, her dad found her car abandoned near a highway overpass leading to the Missouri River. Her keys, purse, and everything else were still inside the car. The river was frozen, and there were some holes in the ice, but police couldn’t connect them to her disappearance.
Kuschell has never been found, and the case remains a mystery.
