- Details of Disappearance:
- Two friends, Pedersen and Charles Middleton, went missing in Alaska. They took off from Anchorage in a small, yellow plane (a Piper A-12 with floats, registration N3751M) on September 27, 1984, to look for moose. They didn’t have a detailed flight plan and never came back. It’s believed their plane crashed, but their bodies and the wreckage have never been found.
