Details of Disappearance:: Ray disappeared from her home in Mission Viejo, California on November 28, 2020. No one heard from her again until her family reported her missing on January 21, 2021. Police later believed she had been murdered, and issued an arrest warrant for Kerwin Andrew Varela in October 2021. Varela was caught in Florida in March 2022 and brought back to California to face charges.
