- One day in May 1986, Kaur disappeared from her home in Detroit. Her kids woke up, their dad was at work, and their mom seemed to be sleeping. When their dad came home for lunch, he found Kaur gone. She left a note in Punjabi saying she was leaving. Her car was also missing, but it was found abandoned a few days later. Strangely, she left behind her wallet, purse, and driver’s license. Her children think she is no longer alive.
