Distinguishing Characteristics:: Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Graying brown hair, brown eyes. Hall has a tattoo of a coat of arms, predominantly blue in color, on the lest side of his chest, and multiple surgical scars on his abdomen from spleen removal, including a twelve-inch scar extending from his lower chest to his navel. He also has an eight-inch scar extending from his right wrist to his elbow. Hall had four teeth extracted and four bone grafts done in April 2006, and may have new crowns on his teeth. His left ear is pierced.
Details of Disappearance:: On August 11, 2006, a man named Hall called his family from his sailboat, the Jubilee, in Catalina Island, California. That was the last time anyone heard from him. Although someone may have seen him on the island’s highway a week later, it’s not certain. His boat was left at the dock with his phones, ID, and most of his scuba gear on board—only his weight belt was missing. The boat had a small leak. No one knows what happened to him, and the case is still a mystery.
