- In September 1999, a woman named McKinney vanished from Jackson, Mississippi. She worked in drugs and prostitution. Her body was found months later, in a lonely place outside Bolton, Mississippi. It wasn’t until five years later that police knew who she was. She had been killed by stabbing.
Three other women’s bodies were found nearby, also likely murders. Police only identified one of these other women. They think the same killer or killers are responsible for all the deaths, but the case remains a mystery.
