- Details of Disappearance:
- Sharon and Andrew Redmon disappeared from their Virginia home on February 22, 1993. Sharon called in sick to work that day, and neither she nor Andrew has been seen since. Their young son was with Andrew’s parents that day.
Andrew told his mother they might go to Florida, and he also borrowed money from someone. Their blue 1986 Oldsmobile Calais (license plate HIQ-285) is missing.
Police searched their house and found bullet casings, a broken table, and Andrew’s blood. It looked like a struggle happened, and someone else was likely there. No one has used their bank accounts since they vanished.
Investigators found some conflicting witness statements and have a possible suspect, but haven’t revealed who that is or made any arrests. The case remains a mystery.
