Four of her teeth are missing and she has fillings in eleven other teeth. She may wear eyeglasses.
Details of Disappearance:
On August 8, 1994, 17-year-old Farrell left her home in Piqua, Ohio, around 10 a.m. to buy iced tea at a nearby store where she worked part-time. She never came back.

Farrell didn’t show up for her evening shift, and her mom’s car was found abandoned at a different Pick-N-Save store. She left behind her money, ID, and clothes.

Before she disappeared, Farrell had briefly moved out after her mom found out she was smoking marijuana, but she’d recently returned home. While police initially thought she ran away, her family believed something bad happened.

Investigators now suspect Christopher J. Below, a man already in prison for attempted manslaughter (a woman he shot, whose body was never found), might be connected to Farrell’s disappearance. He’s also a suspect in other unsolved cases involving missing or murdered young women. However, it’s important to note that Below has never been charged with anything related to Farrell’s case; the connection is only speculation.

Farrell was about to start her senior year of high school when she vanished. Her case remains a mystery.
