- On April 3, 1997, Balinski went missing from his home in Crosby, Texas. He left around 8:00 a.m. to collect cans for recycling and never came back. He’d gotten lost before, but this time he’s never been found. Police don’t know for sure why he disappeared that day. The mystery remains unsolved.
