- Details of Disappearance:
- Billman vanished from Rochester, Washington on January 10, 2014, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. He might have gone to California. Because he was involved in illegal marijuana activities, his family waited to report him missing. His white 1998 Dodge 4×4 truck (Washington plates: B29854C) also disappeared. Police later found the truck’s plates registered to someone else (in late 2016). They think something bad happened to him, but the case is still a mystery.
