Details of Disappearance:
Mylan disappeared from his home in Mississauga, Canada, on February 13, 1998. He was driving his black 1991 Chevrolet Barretta (license plate 336-ZHK). He’d talked about going to the US for hair loss medication.

His car crossed the border into the US on February 14th, but we don’t know if he was driving. A few days later, someone found his abandoned car at the Grand Canyon in Arizona – the keys were still in it! This person drove the car for a few months before it broke down. The car was finally found stripped and abandoned in Flagstaff, Arizona, on June 8th.

Searches haven’t found Mylan. His family says he would never leave without telling anyone, and they’re baffled. He was a business student in Toronto at the time. Canadian police are investigating, and even though this usually only covers US cases, the Charley Project is including Mylan’s story because he may have gone to America.
