Details of Disappearance:
On May 4, 1990, a woman named Worford was dropped off at her new apartment in Escambia County, Florida. That was the last time anyone saw her. She was reported missing two days later.

Worford had just started a new job and moved into the apartment. She left behind her glasses, clothes, and some money, but her purse (with her ID, wallet, and a $160 paycheck) was gone. The paycheck was never cashed. There were no signs of a fight in her apartment, and no one heard anything unusual. Strangely, her bedsheets and pillowcases were also missing.

Worford had a baby son with Tim Reno. The same night Worford disappeared, someone left the baby in a car seat at Reno’s ex-wife’s house. A neighbor heard the doorbell ring at 2:30 a.m., but no one answered. The baby was found unharmed hours later.

Reno is suspected in Worford’s disappearance, but he was never arrested. Although she’s been declared legally dead, her body has never been found, and the case is still unsolved.
