- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, blue eyes. Perkins has a large, distinctive red-colored birthmark on the right side of his lower lip. He has a tattoo on his left shoulder and a tattoo of the letters “PB” on his upper right arm. He goes by his middle name, Trent.

- Perkins vanished on January 1, 2004, in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. He’d just gotten paid and was with friends when last seen. Nobody has heard from him since. While he might have used drugs, his family says he always kept in touch, even when working out of state. He might still be in Calcasieu Parish, or possibly in nearby Beauregard Parish, as he frequented both areas. Not much is known about what happened to him.
