- On December 5th, 2016, a woman named Towne-Woolard was seen walking with a stranger near her apartment in Burton, Michigan. She unexpectedly sent a text to her daughter on December 11th, but then vanished. She left almost everything behind – even her cigarettes! Her phone later showed up on cell towers in Frankenmuth, Lapeer, and Davison, Michigan over the next couple of months. Towne-Woolard was a private person with two teenage daughters, and no one knows for sure what happened to her.
