Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Blond hair, blue eyes. Demyon is balding. He wears a denture plate in place of his front teeth, but left it behind when he vanished. His nickname is Tommy.
Details of Disappearance:
Demyon disappeared on January 13, 1997. He left his home in Cockeysville, Maryland around 6:15 PM after getting a message from his lawyer. His home phone was disconnected, so he went to a nearby Days Inn to use a pay phone. He left a message for his lawyer, but never came home.

His wife reported him missing the next day. His car, a dark blue 1989 Pontiac Bonneville, was found later in Baltimore City, but there were no clues about what happened to him.

Demyon was a vice president at his father’s company. His father’s business partners had accused him of stealing money and had a court order preventing him from working there. But his father died two weeks before Demyon vanished, and the court order ended just hours before Demyon disappeared. He was about to inherit the company.

Police think Demyon might have been murdered. He liked to gamble, especially on horse races, and often went to Las Vegas and Atlantic City. He owed money to some gamblers, but his wife said the debts weren’t large enough to explain his disappearance.

He hasn’t used his credit cards or social security number since he went missing. He was declared legally dead in 1999, and the case is still unsolved.
