- Tiffany went missing from Florahome, Florida on December 14, 2004. Her mom, Summer Dawn Warrington (who didn’t have legal custody), took her. Police are looking for Summer, and there’s a warrant for her arrest from July 18, 2008.
Summer was 23 at the time. She’s a white woman, about 5’3″ tall and 150 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She might be using the last name Smith.
