- Distinguishing Characteristics African-American female. Black hair, dark brown eyes. Tiffany has a two- to three-inch scar below her navel. Her ears are pierced. She may use the last names Altidor, Noel and/or Sanon.

- In November 1993, Tiffany disappeared from Amityville, New York. Her mom, Marie Catherine Dominique (who didn’t have legal custody), took her. The police issued a warrant for Dominique’s arrest in December 1994.
Dominique is an African-American woman, about 5’3″ to 5’4″ tall and 130-140 pounds, with black hair and eyes. She might use different names (see aliases below). She speaks English and Haitian Creole, and used to be a Certified Nursing Assistant.
A picture of Dominique is available. No one knows where she and Tiffany are now. They may be in the U.S. (possibly in a Haitian-American community) or they may have left the country. The case is still open.
