- On April 23, 1973, 16-year-old Timothy disappeared from Petaluma, California. He left home on his bike to pay a bill, and a friend saw him later that day acting normally. But he never came home. His bike was found unlocked at the library, which was unusual for him. His family says he wouldn’t run away, but police looked into both suicide (because he might have been unhappy) and the possibility that something bad happened to him. The mystery of what happened to Timothy remains unsolved.
