- Details of Disappearance:
- On June 14, 2003, Albus went fishing on a boat called the Taki Tooo in Tillamook Bay, Oregon. The boat flipped over, and a terrible accident happened. Nine people died, including Albus’s brother. Eight others survived by swimming to shore. But Albus and another man, Barry Sundberg, were lost at sea. Their bodies were never found, but Albus’s sweatshirt was found on the rocks a few days later. Albus lived in Madras, Oregon, and Sundberg lived in Cheney, Washington. Both are presumed to have drowned.
