Details of Disappearance:: Batiste disappeared from his home in LaCombe, Louisiana. His mom saw him on April 10, 2012, at 10 pm. The next morning at 8 am, he was gone, and his bed was made – which was unusual for him. Someone may have seen him in nearby Slidell on April 16th, but that’s not certain. He’s never been seen or heard from since. Batiste didn’t drive or have a cell phone, and he usually stayed close to home, even though he liked hunting and fishing. The police haven’t solved the mystery of his disappearance.
