Details of Disappearance:: Jenkins got arrested for being drunk in public on April 25th, 2003. He was let out of jail on April 28th, and that’s the last day anyone saw him. Someone dropped him off at the edge of Marshall and Longview, Texas. He was expecting a disability payment on May 3rd, but never got it. He’s been missing ever since, and there isn’t much information about what happened to him.
