- Smith disappeared after celebrating New Year’s Eve 1990. Her aunt last saw her at the Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Nobody has heard from Smith since. Her boyfriend said he saw her last on January 1st, 1991, when she left his apartment to take a cab, but he didn’t see which cab she got into. Smith’s aunt didn’t report her missing until July 1991. The case is still unsolved, and there’s not much information about what happened to her. It’s known that Smith sometimes traveled to California.
