- Three women disappeared from the same Washington, D.C. neighborhood in 2006. Twelve years later, in April 2018, their remains were found together on Wayne Place Southeast. Two of the women, Jewel King (48) and Dorothy Botts (43), had been shot. The third, a woman named Jefferson, died from being hit hard. Jefferson lived on the same street where the bodies were discovered, and the other two women also lived nearby. Police are still trying to solve these murders.
