Details of Disappearance:: A woman named Banks disappeared from Newport News, Virginia in June 2011. She walked away from her assisted living home on June 8th and staff couldn’t persuade her to come back. The next day, she was seen nearby, and again refused help returning. There were a few reported sightings of her after that, near Christopher Newport University, but no one has seen or heard from her since 2011. The police still don’t know what happened to her.
