- Distinguishing Characteristics African-American male. Black hair, brown eyes. Arthurs has a scar on his forehead. He had a mustache at the time of his disappearance, and he may use the alias name Arthur Vincent.
- Details of Disappearance:
- In 1994, Arthur, a pastry chef who’d worked on cruise ships for 13 years, vanished from the Sovereign of the Seas. He was last seen on April 15th while the ship sailed between the Bahamas and Miami. When the ship reached Miami, he was gone. He’s never been found. Arthur lived in Jamaica with his wife and nine children. His brother suspects something bad happened. Miami police are still trying to solve the mystery.
