- Vitaliya disappeared from Virginia Beach, Virginia on April 8, 2019, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Police think her mom, Galina Yarovitskaya (born February 29, 1988), who didn’t have legal custody of Vitaliya, took her. Galina was 31 years old at the time.
