- On May 1, 1998, in Wichita, Kansas, Botz’s daughter picked her up from work. She dropped Botz off near Pawnee and Broadway streets so Botz could visit a friend. That’s the last time anyone saw Botz. She was walking toward her friend’s house, and she’s never been seen or heard from since. Police don’t know exactly what happened, but they’re worried about her safety and are looking for her.
