Details of Disappearance:: A tourist from the Czech Republic, named Horak, was on a Hawaiian vacation with a group when he disappeared on April 28, 2011. He was swimming near Hanakapiai Beach just before 1 p.m. when he got into trouble in the water. His friend tried to help him, but couldn’t, and when the friend got back to shore, Horak was gone. After a big two-day search, they couldn’t find him, so it’s believed he drowned.
