- Details of Disappearance:
- On May 9, 1983, six-year-old Wilfredo left his apartment building on Columbia Road in Dorchester, Massachusetts, around 6:30 PM to collect bottles. He never came back. Police searched thoroughly, but found no sign of him.
Before he disappeared, Wilfredo said he was going to buy candy from a man named Jose. Jose had past charges of sexual assault and murder, but was found not guilty. Whether he was involved in Wilfredo’s disappearance is unknown.
Wilfredo was a student in special education classes at Hennigan School. His disappearance remains a mystery.
