Details of Disappearance:: Marks disappeared from Topeka, Kansas on July 10, 2005. Police gave him a ride to 6th and Croco streets after seeing him hitchhiking. His caseworker noticed he was missing in October because they hadn’t heard from him for months. Marks has a history of mental health issues, including hospital stays in Colorado and treatment in Kansas. He’d talked about going to Denver and liked Boulder, Colorado. He might be in Oskaloosa, Kansas, but there isn’t much information about where he went.
