Distinguishing Characteristics:
Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Davcev’s nickname is Bill. He has a medium complexion and wears glasses for reading. He has tattoo of the numbers “007” on his left thumb, a tattoo of a muscle man on his right thigh, a tattoo of an airplane on his inner left arm, and a scar on his right cheek. Davcev is from the former Yugoslavia and moved to the United States shortly before his disappearance.
Details of Disappearance:
Davcev disappeared after telling his girlfriend he was going camping near 43rd Avenue and Garden Drive in Phoenix. He never came back, and his red Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck is gone too. The truck is a four-door extended cab with dual exhaust, a metal toolbox, and a red and white ATV in the bed. It might have had temporary paper plates because he’d just bought it. The truck’s VIN is 2GCEK19K4S1215737.

This is very unusual for Davcev; he hasn’t shown up for work.

Three days later, his friend Agasi Madoyan was seen on video using Davcev’s ATM card at a gas station in Avondale. Madoyan then drove off in a truck that looks just like Davcev’s. The card has been used many times since then, even in Las Vegas. We don’t know how Madoyan got the card.

Because of this, and because Davcev’s disappearance is so out of character, police suspect foul play may be involved.
