Details of Disappearance:: A man named Bibby, who was in prison for stealing things, got out on parole and lived in Troy, Michigan in 1993. He disappeared between September and November of that year and hasn’t been seen since. The police want to find him because he violated his parole, and also because he was the last person to see Terry Sovey (also known as Terry Gayton), who vanished in Millington, Michigan in 1984. Bibby isn’t a suspect in Sovey’s disappearance, but police want to talk to him again about it.
