Details of Disappearance:: Howell disappeared on March 5, 2009, from the Bel Aire Recreation Center in Bel Aire, Kansas. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since. He usually hitchhiked and took the bus to get around, often traveling between Bel Aire and Wichita. While he sometimes visited friends overnight, this disappearance is unlike him. Police think something bad might have happened to him, and they’re investigating. He had a little money with him when he vanished, and he may have spent time with Hispanic people.
