He has tattoos of the names “Billy LeRoy,” “Rhonda Lee,” and “Pamala Sue” on his right forearm, and a tattoo of an eagle and a boat anchor on his forearm. Douglas has previously fractured his ribs, fingers, and pelvis.
Details of Disappearance:
Douglas disappeared on February 4, 2004, from his cattle farm near 3000 Pacific Street in Woodburn, Iowa. He was last seen around 10:30 a.m. after talking to his mother on the phone; he said he had to answer the door and then vanished. He was divorced with five grown children. His bank account hasn’t been used since he disappeared, and there was no sign of a fight at his farm. His family says he would never just leave without telling anyone. Because he’s never been found, he was declared legally dead in 2009. Police are still looking for him and his case remains a mystery.
