Details of Disappearance:: Chang moved to a care home in Chandler, North Carolina on November 3, 2004. Three days later, on November 6th, he left the home and was last seen around 4:00 p.m. He briefly went into a nearby market, seemed confused, and then left. He disappeared and hasn’t been seen since. Police dogs followed his trail to a mobile home park, but he wasn’t found there. They think someone might have picked him up and driven him away. The mystery of what happened to Chang remains unsolved.
